By accessing or using ScaleForged's website and products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products.

2. Products Description

ScaleForged is an independent venture studio that designs, builds, and operates a growing portfolio of SaaS platforms on a shared technical foundation, operated by Gestion A. Paquet inc. Our products include, but are not limited to:

• Access to and use of our SaaS platforms, by subscription or in private beta
• Hosting, maintenance, and ongoing operation of those platforms
• Data processing necessary to operate the platforms you are subscribed to
• Product-related technical support and assistance

3. Subscription Terms

Terms specific to each platform (subscriptions, service levels, and pricing) are set out in the service agreements or subscription terms applicable to the relevant product. These terms supplement but do not replace the terms of any specific agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and our platforms, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ScaleForged and protected by intellectual property laws. Data you upload to our products remains yours and is subject to the terms of the applicable subscription agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We treat the information you submit through our website and products as confidential. How we collect and protect your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleForged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website.

7. Disclaimer

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for excellence, we do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we guarantee any specific outcome.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Gestion A. Paquet inc. is a corporation incorporated in Québec (NEQ 1177601144).
